Board-certified and fellowship trained Dr. Michael Kelly-Sell specializes in Mohs surgery, veins, and dermatologic surgery.

Dr. Kelly-Sell was a Gamble Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship during medical school. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Clinical/Translational Research Award for his research on cutaneous lymphoma. After medical school, he completed his residency at the University of Michigan and then a dermatologic surgery fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina—which includes extra training in the laser treatment of vascular lesions and sclerotherapy.

Dr. Kelly-Sell is a fellow at the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society of Dermatological Surgery. He is highly skilled in sclerotherapy, laser ablation, vein stripping, and endoscopic vein ablation. He believes in putting patients first and caring for patients with empathy, which is reflected in the clinical care that he provides.

He currently resides in Las Colinas with his family and they enjoy going for walks and spending time outdoors. Dr. Kelly-Sell was a co-captain of his tennis team in college and still plays regularly in his free time.
